HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?

We strongly believe in the practice of removing your jewelry before coming in contact with water, no matter if its Slime jewelry or any other jewelry.

If your Slime jewelry does come in contact with water, we are not liable to replace the piece.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

DOMESTIC

Once the order is confirmed, it will take 1-5 business days to ship depending on the quantity of orders at that current moment in time.*

INTERNATIONAL

We currently ship all around the world. Once the order is confirmed, it will take 1-5 business days to ship depending on the quantity of orders at that current moment in time.

 WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY/EXCHANGE POLICY?

We do not accept returns currently. If you get your jewelry and you decide you’d rather have another piece, email us at info@slime.jewelry and we will resolve that for you. If for some reason, your jewelry arrives broken or there needs to be repair, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we will resolve that issue for you.

We do not accept returns/exchanges with personalized items.

We accept exchanges only within 3 days of delivery.

We do not do exchanges at this time for international orders.
